We love to help organizations, teams, and individuals create cultures where people thrive, flourish, and are at their very best. The opportunity to do so lights us up each day.
Whether it’s a business, a team, a family, or a community, when people are fully alive and lit up with a passion for life, they’re far more likely to succeed and deeply enjoy their journey.
Personally, as individuals who’ve had wonderful mentors ourselves, we know what a huge difference it makes when good guidance is available. The ripple effect from that can continue through generations. The articles that will follow—like all of the work we do—are both a tribute to our mentors and a way for us to pay it forward.
In the coming weeks and months, we’ll be sharing principles, skills, and tools, we’ve learned, honed, and found to be dependably powerful in improving the lives and quality of service our clients are able to consistently deliver (personally and professionally).
For now, though, we’ll leave you with a simple Thriving tip (we’ll include one at the end of every short article) drawn from our book, Thriving, in Business and Life:
You can change the quality of your life and the profitability of your organization by learning how to distinguish between “facts” and the stories you create about them . . . stories that may be expansive, full of possibilities, leading to productive growth; or ones that are limiting, frustrating . . . leaving you mired in problems.
Whenever you find yourself living out a story that’s leading you to an undesirable destination, remember: You have the power to "flip the script" from surviving to thriving. You truly can be at your best regardless of the circumstances (and, it just so happens, that when you are at your best, your odds of bettering your circumstances improve exponentially).
If you’re not sure how you might do that . . . stay tuned.
This is our ongoing quest – personally and professionally. And we’d love to have you join us: to share your questions, experiences, triumphs, and your challenges, and how you are learning to transform life’s seeming obstacles into gleaming gems you discover along your way.
